In general, how important is it to you that character designs are practical?

16 deviants said Practicalness is important, but the design is more important. Some liberties should be taken in order to make it look better even if that means it's slightly less practical.

11 deviants said Practicalness is very important! The design is also important, but I think the priority should be on the practicalness of the armor or what have you.

1 deviant said I don't care about a character's clothing being practical at all! It has to look good at the expense of exposing too much skin, weighing down the character, etc.

No deviants said I only care about the design being practical. It must be completely practical. If it also looks good, then I consider that an awesome bonus.

Wow, this is probably going to be... really weird but on a whiteboard I saw a few drawings and I noticed that there was a DA link next to one of the drawings. I'm not a homestucker but I see a lot of it on tumblr. I believe the character you drew was Jade Harley? Just dropped by to say that I noticed your drawing on the board first and I liked it. 8)
